Three kinds of ticket
Every job is one of three tickets. Tell Alexsus which one and she's moving.
Your part is sitting at another dealer, a warehouse, or a supplier, and your carrier already ran for the day. She goes and gets it.
Outbound parts collected from your counter and delivered to The Shipping Lounge, where UPS, FedEx, and USPS pick up daily.
Packages that landed at The Shipping Lounge, delivered to the address you choose. Nobody has to drive over to pick them up.
Start to close-out
Text or call with the pickup address, the contact at the counter, and what she's picking up.
You get a pickup time back, not a maybe. If she can't make it work, she says so immediately.
Photo and time stamp at the counter, sent the moment the part is in the vehicle.
Photo at the drop and a text closing the ticket. The run lands on your monthly invoice.

Zones are measured from downtown Columbia. One pickup, one drop, priced before she rolls.

Fuel surcharge. Base rates hold steady. A surcharge tracks the South Carolina average price per gallon and is posted on the 1st of each month: 0% under $3.25, 3% from $3.25 to $3.74, 6% from $3.75 to $4.24, 9% from $4.25 to $4.74, and 3% more for every additional $0.50.
